Please note that your account must be fully verified before you can deposit on the Telcoin App.

Step 1: Access the Deposit Page:

• Tap on the "Deposit" located on the upper right side of your Telcoin wallet.
• Tap on Polygon wallet.
• A warning will pop up informing you that the Telcoin Application only accepts deposits from a Polygon wallet address. Once you have read this and fully understand, Tap "I understand."

Step 2: Select the Digital Asset:

• Choose the specific digital asset you intend to deposit.
• If you're looking for the list of supported digital assets, you can find it here.

Step 3: Receive Using Your Wallet Address or QR Code:

• The app will provide you with your wallet address and a QR code. You can use either of these to complete your deposit.
• For deposit purposes, you can copy the wallet address or scan the QR code.

Step 4: Track Your Deposit:

• Use a blockchain explorer service such as Polygonscan to track the progress of your deposit. This ensures transparency and allows you to monitor your transaction.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

Always choose the "Deposit" option when you're depositing digital assets. The "Receive" button is designed for receiving remittances and App-to-App crypto transfers. A list of supported countries for our remittance service can be found here.

As of V3.0, the Telcoin wallet has migrated to the Polygon PoS Chain. In order to deposit your TEL or other supported assets, you will first need to bridge your assets from Ethereum to Polygon using a Web3 wallet such as Metamask. Then, once your assets have settled in your Polygon Wallet, you can deposit them directly into your Telcoin Application wallet.
